Is-sinjal għal SELF (jew LOAN) isir biż-żewġ idejn. Id waħda tieqaf fuq quddiem bil-forma ta’ 5 u bil-pala tħares ’il fuq. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ L u bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u timxi minn taħt il-geddum sakemm tasal fuq il-pala tal-id il-wieqfa.
The sign for LOAN is made with both hands. One hand is held stationary at the front in the shape of 5 with palm facing upwards. The other hand takes the shape of L with palm facing inwards and moves down from below the chin and lands on top of the palm of the stationary hand.
